‘Godfather of grunge’
Neil Young has many faces. Folk hippie of Crosby Stills Nash & Young
fame, new blues pioneer via the
Buffalo Springfield and country style in the vein of
Hank Williams as in his most
recent film ‘Harvest of Gold’
(2007)
His
solo works we find are his most powerful and at the same time intriguing
in lyrical content
‘After the Gold Rush,’
‘Helpless’, ‘Like a Hurricane’ and ‘Rocking in the Free World’
are among some of our favourite Neil Young songs.
Another
example of an artist you can only admire and aspire to for doing his own
thing.
Where do these
songs come from .
The ether?
He don’t know
we don’t know. What we do
know is they are timeless and
they are great.
Please enjoy
our efforts and call back again soon.
